Donald Ivan “Donny” Briggs, 75, of Pendleton died Friday, June 3, 2016, in Pendleton. He was born Jan. 30, 1941, in La Grande. A graveside service will be held Saturday, June 18 at 12 noon at Olney Cemetery, Pendleton, followed by a celebration of life at the Pendleton Eagles Lodge. Pendleton Pioneer Chapel, Folsom-Bishop, is handling arrangements.
