Robert H. “Bob” Gilcher, 78, of Hermiston died Wednesday, April 27, 2016, in Seattle. He was born Oct. 28, 1937, in Longview, Wash. A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, May 7 at 2 p.m. at the Hermiston Church of the Nazarene, 1520 W. Orchard Ave. Burial will follow at the Hermiston Cemetery.
