Raymond G. “Ray” Morgan, 90, of Umatilla died Friday, March 18, 2016, at his home. He was born July 16, 1925. Funeral services will be held Monday, March 28 at 1 p.m. at the Burns Mortuary chapel in Hermiston. Burial with military honors will follow at Sunset Hills Cemetery in Umatilla. Burns Mortuary of Hermiston is in care of arrangements.
